The weakness was released 03/12/2013 by Sunil Yadav with Network Intelligence India Pvt. Ltd. as MS13-024 as confirmed bulletin (Microsoft Technet). The advisory is available at technet.microsoft.com. The public release was coordinated with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-0083 since 11/27/2012. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details are unknown but a private exploit is available. This vulnerability is assigned to T1059.007 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.

It is declared as proof-of-concept.
