A vulnerability was found in FFmpeg 1.2.1 (Multimedia Processing Software). It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects the function vmdaudio_decode_frame of the file libavcodec/vmdav.c of the component Chunk Size Handler. The impact remains unknown.
The issue has been introduced in 05/10/2013. The weakness was shared 05/29/2013 by Mateusz Jurczyk and Gynvael Coldwind with Google Security Team as confirmed advisory (Website).
