The web server on the Camtron CMNC-200 Full HD IP Camera and TecVoz CMNC-200 Megapixel IP Camera with firmware 1.102A-008 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (device reboot) via a large number of requests in a short time interval.

The weakness was released 11/12/2010 by Trustwave's SpiderLabs with Trustwave's SpiderLabs (Website). The advisory is available at trustwave.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2010-4234 since 11/11/2010. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
