The weakness was published 10/09/2012 with iDefense Labs VCP as MS12-068 as confirmed bulletin (Website). The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. The public release has been coordinated with Microsoft. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2012-2529 since 05/09/2012. The exploitation appears to be difficult. An attack has to be approached locally. A single authentication is necessary for exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a private exploit is available.
